Well, it's been about 6-7 weeks since I have run. I am going to start back into this program at Week #3 where I was when I sprained my ankle. I have dropped a few lbs since I took time off, so I should be OK starting back at Week #3. We'll see how things go tomorrow.
I think I am going to be running primarily outside, but I plan to run maybe once a week or so, on the treadmill, in order to use that to help me increase my running speed. Again, I'll see how that plan goes as I get to it.
For now, I'm just HAPPY to get back to running!
