Move on to the next scheduled run. Don't start over, keep on going. I sometimes missed runs and it didn't appear to effect my fitness level.

I have been following the plan for a week & a half, then came a busy week in which I literally had NO time to work out!!! Should I start all over or just move on? Does this mean I lost my fitness level?
Any help is greatly appreciated :)
