Week 2 is 2/3 over for me. Finally.
I took about a week off inbetween the 2 weeks because of vacation and pure laziness.
Because Day 1 and Day 2 of this week are exactly the same, I just tried to challenge myself to get a higher mileage at the end of the 35 minutes.
And I got an additional .07 miles yesterday. Which isn't much, but it's a lot for me when the most I used to ever run is 2 miles, now I'm consistently running 2.9 to 2.97 miles. I can't wait until I can hit 3 miles in 35 minutes. Next week!
And Day 3 is 40 minutes, so I know I'll beat that 2.97 mileage mark. That mileage I'll compare with W3D1 as it's the same time.
I'm getting so much better using this program. And they really are tiring me out, too. I'm so glad I signed up for this challenge to run the 5k at the end of next month. :)
