Just finished my second day of week 2. It's just getting easier and more enjoyable to run! Plus, I ran a bit more than before, and I feel great!

I hope the 5K went well! I've found that being with a crowd speeds up my pace, but of course a big crowd can slow you down a bit as well (if you have to dodge or thread your way through groups).

Week 2 and training hard. My 5k is tomorrow. Did a practice run of the route and it went really well. Don't know how a crowd will affect my time. Gonna stretch and plan for a healthy dinner tonight and early bedtime .

Very interesting situation as I noted in my blog. Ran through a bit of discomfort. Finished my training in great time and felt good about it.
