So today is day one, of week 2 for me as well. I ran on the road. I was surprised by a few things - I was slower; I was not bored; I can really jog for quite a few minutes. I guess I can do this from time to time.

OK...starting week 2 today. Only got 2 of my 3 "runs" in last week as I did a workout on day one of the cross training that made me SO SORE that I couldn't do much on Wednesday. Oh well....a new week ahead of me and a new pair of awesome shoes!! Keep me motivated people....I've got to het healthier and lose around 35 pounds this year!
