After week one was completed, I had some pain in my knees. Decided to take a week off to let them rest. In the mean time, I got new shoes, I will stay off the sidewalk and I need to DECREASE my distance. According to several of my running friends (one of which is an expert for more than 30 years), the interval that was suggested here is too fast for me. I am scaling it down. BUT....I will keeping moving forward :)
