Good morning! Welcome!!

I think you are reading it wrong it says

Walk for 1 minute, then jog for 3 minutes. Repeat 7 more times. (Total workout time: 32 minutes) that would be 8 total times that you do it the first and then 7 more

on day 3 it says Walk for 1 minute, then jog for 3 minutes. Repeat 8 more times. (Total workout time: 36 minutes) that would equal 9 total times

Hope that helps!! Be sure to cool down afterwards as well with at least a couple mins to bring your heart rate back down

Don't be nervous, you'll do great!

Hugs!

Hi everyone! Very excited & a little nervous about starting this running program! Have a little question about the total workout times in the training plan. For example day 1 is 7 cycles of 1 min walking & 3 mins running. In my head this works out at 7 x 4 mins = 28 mins. But it gives the workout time as 32 mins! Where am I going wrong?!

Many thanks,
Good luck everyone!
