Has anyone ever noticed a chemical smell in their nostrils when completing one of the next level intensity sessions? I just did W5D1 and again smell this kinda chlorine bleach sorta smell. while cooling down. Was wondering if this was something to do with the building the o2 ability.

Thanks!

Julie

You can indeed do it on the treadmill.

You can actually do a 5k run and that would be your virtual race. You don't need to find a 5k race. It is a motivational tool to get you started running. Best wishes!

The first thing I need to ask is if you are wearing properly fitted running shoes. This is so important as that can cause aches and pains quicker than anything.

took my training out of my yard onto a black top path. ran 1.2 miles then walked a bit then ran and started to get a tight muscle on back of one leg.Even stretching didn't help so most of the rest of the work out was walked.I did 3.5 miles in 50 minutes but this was not my race day. Do I wait til I am pain free to run again? Any ideas regarding the pain?

The journey is as important as the goal.
