I ran for 3 minutes intervals today! It felt so good. When I got home from my run, I looked up how far I went and I went 3 miles! Including my warm up/cool down time, I did it all in about 42 minutes. I am now feeling so encouraged for my 5k on mothers day! I CAN DO THIS! I am amazed at how fit I have gotten :)
