Grrrrr after day 2 and what was supposed to be day three today I am so mad at my body. So mad! I feel like it's letting me down! On Wednesday I did day 2 and in the first set I got this stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen. It wasn't a stich, it reminded me a bit of when I had an ovarian cyst (though thankfully not at that pain level). I pushed through it as best I could but I had to keep stopping all the time so I don't think I did it properly. My pace was really bad but I did finish. I tested it yesterday and it only hurt when you pressed on it. I could walk just fine. I did my cross training and it didn't bother me at all. So I figured I was ok to run today. I was fine for the first 3 sets and then it started on the 4th set. I pushed, thinking i could get through it. I had to keep stopping again and when I tried to start up the 5th set it hurt so bad I had to sit down by the side of the road. I felt dizzy and again, like someone was stabbing me. I walked back home. I couldn't finish day 3 today. I really really don't want to have to take a break for this to heal if it's an injury. Anyone else had this happen? It's not a side stitch because I've had those, this was too low.
Well, I will try again on Sunday or Monday. I have come too far to quit. I'm pretty competitive and this is really bringing that out. So angry at myself.
