Thanks Laurie. I plan to run another one on June 26. This one will be on a pretty flat surface, no hills.

It was the Lake Chabot Trail Run. I ran for 3 minutes and walked for 1 minute. The terrain was hilly, which I wasn't used to. I walked up the hills and ran down them. I did it in 42 minutes.
