Hi - anyone else on Week 4? I've just done my first run of the week and it was fine! I tried to choose a different route, but still found myself jogging up quite a few hills! I'm thinking that this will be a benefit in the end, because I'm learning right from the beginning how to pace myself going up and down hills.
Anyone else on Week 4? I'm looking forward to the week, and to Week 5 - and then going onto the next Spark Program, but am already concerned about how I keep up the motivation after that - as I seem to respond better when I have a definite plan to follow.
