It was hard. I really had to talk hard to myself not to stop jogging. Hahaha I keep on jogging BUT we don't talk about speed - lol.

third run of Week 4 - and again, afternoon run after a long work-shift! I felt really tired when I got home from work and was tempted not to run, but once I got out there, I really enjoyed it and it refreshed me!

Second run of Week 4 - lunchtime after a long work-shift again - but it still works best for me to come straight come, change into my running gear, and get straight out there! The first two intervals were the hardest again - then I seem to loosen up. Lots of uphill running, so some slow paces at times, but I did it - and felt great!

Hi - anyone else on Week 4? I've just done my first run of the week and it was fine! I tried to choose a different route, but still found myself jogging up quite a few hills! I'm thinking that this will be a benefit in the end, because I'm learning right from the beginning how to pace myself going up and down hills.

Anyone else on Week 4? I'm looking forward to the week, and to Week 5 - and then going onto the next Spark Program, but am already concerned about how I keep up the motivation after that - as I seem to respond better when I have a definite plan to follow.
