I started week 4 this morning and was pretty prous of myself for 2 reasons.
1.) I have stuck with this program for 4 weeks now
2.) I have stuck with this program for 4 weeks now.
Everyday stuff is getting easier and easier. My tolerance is up. I am a slow runner but I'm becoming a runner!
