...came and went...i do my running on a treadmill in my home...not ideal but it's good enough...this week with the program i walk/jogged 3 5k...(met the requirements for the program and finished the rest of the way to 5k in cool down or ran some more)...this week was tough for me...i was pushing through the workouts HARD! lol...but i did it...and i'm looking forward to week 5!
