I guess I am going to repeat week 4, I was moving right along but holidays.... I also am finding that I am so tired... My husband pointed out that the doctor told me it would take a year to heal from my hip surgery. It has been six months but I suppose I am still healing. I ran a full marathon a month before my surgery so I get frustrated that I am just not that same person right now. two steps forward one step back.

I've had shin splints come and go, but last Wednesday I messed up my achilles tendon area somehow. I think I'm running with more weight emphasis on my left than my right and I don't know why. I'm finishing week 4 tomorrow now and will start week 5 on Thursday. I wish my time was better though.

I have been out of town for a few days and have not been able to keep up my usual training sessions. I will be repeating week 4 to be sure I am able to go on before trying week 5. I will succeed. It may just take a little longer than I had planned.
