I am right there with you. I have found this week to be the hardest one yet. I procrastinate going out the door because I dread the workout. Next week will be even worse with having to run 3 minutes but I really do want to accomplish this goal, so I will keep plugging along as well.
I started week 4 training today and with the weather getting cold, It's getting harder to push myself to exercise, Only thing keeping me going is the fact that I do really want to run this virtual race and not quit so n ear the end of the training. So far I can at least train for 33 minutes, have not yet run the full 3.1 miles but hoping to get there. I need more motivation.
