Keep at it! Some days seem harder than others for me and I haven't totally figured out why yet. I thought it was food intake but I have been really diligent about eating 1/2 hour before. Slowing down my pace was really the answer for me. And like you I am already slow which is why I didn't want slow down-BUT- I want to finish and finish properly so I will do what I need to. After I finish this program I am moving on to the all jogging one so I can keep working on increasing the pace. I am really enjoying the sense of accomplishment each day I complete.
Lets finish this strong!! We can do this!!
