Hi HAPPYNHEALTHY12,

Had a couple of busy days so I have only just seen your post. Today I did W3D3 and it was actually not as hard as all the previous days!! Even the stretch of road which I usually dread. I think I did go a bit slower but I didn't stop and felt I could go on. Not as worried about W4 now. I too want to move on the the jogging programme afterwards. I do feel really pleased with myself each time I complete a run, especially when I find it hard going. I feel really good after the run.

Thanks for the encouragement. Finish strong. I always say this to myself being a big fan of the 'Biggest Loser'. emoticon

Hi Louise!!!

Keep at it! Some days seem harder than others for me and I haven't totally figured out why yet. I thought it was food intake but I have been really diligent about eating 1/2 hour before. Slowing down my pace was really the answer for me. And like you I am already slow which is why I didn't want slow down-BUT- I want to finish and finish properly so I will do what I need to. After I finish this program I am moving on to the all jogging one so I can keep working on increasing the pace. I am really enjoying the sense of accomplishment each day I complete.

Lets finish this strong!! We can do this!!

Success is the sum of small actions repeated daily!

Well done. I have just completed W3D2 and am kind of dreading week 4 but having struggled a little last week I realised that it is better to slow down (I am already slow) than to have to stop. I am enjoying your posts. They are very motivating.

Yikes. Was not quite prepared for this one and was challenged!!! Seems like a bug leap from 3 to 2 minutes walk rest. I can run the 2.5 minutes but wanted more rest in between. I did finish and this is about increasing so I have to assume it'll be a struggle sometimes.
