I'm pretty much right on track with you, next week looks like a big one! Just look at how far you've come though, and if you feel like you're not ready to move up, you can always repeat a day of week 4. Hang in there!
I finally finished week 4 with day 3 today. Ugh. I really didn't think I was going to make it through, but I did.
Part of the problem I think was me not doing much of anything on Thursday and Friday, and then doing the longer session today. I was not ready for it. I'm still doing this on the treadmill because of the heat, but I'd like to get brave enough to go outside sometime.
I honestly am not looking forward to week 5. Period. Well, maybe just a little.
