I'm going to do day 2 later today on the treadmill at home. So far, I'm been pretty much on time with my weeks (I did a 5K fitness walk last weekend, I didn't count it as a session, but counted it as some movement) except this week I'll do the third day just into the calendar week 5.
While I'm sure the treadmill is easier than outside in most respects, I am using it as a trainer of sorts for me to get used to doing these slightly longer jogging segments. I still am so hot and sweaty when I finish that I figure I'm doing okay, if not great.
