I did a 5K fitness walk as part of the Iowa Games this past Saturday, so counted it as a walk. Jogged less than a minute and am disappointed in that, but it's so darn hot outside! I've done all but the first session on a treadmill and while that's good for me, it's kind of not-so-good, too. Hopefully I can get back outside, especially now that I have directions for 2 5K routes to use.
