I am lost. I got throught the first 2 and half weeks GREAT. then took a week off when I left the state to help out a relative going through her personal Major problem. I know I was a big help to her, but I fell off the 5K wagon/eating healthy and just can't get back to it. Very very frustraited with myself, and too busy and tired to deal with it. I need some incouragement. Any words of wisdom would be great. Thanks all
After resetting my program to week 3 ( at least 2x), I have made it to week 4 and I embrace the fact that I will have to give more.
More time: Going to the gym before I go to work has been more successful than going after work
More technique: I will have to really be mindful of my breathing and pacing myself
More focus: My 1st official 5k of 2012 is on May 28 and I look forward to doing well.
More research: I need to research/register for my June/July/August 5ks... I wonder if its too late in the year to aspire to complete "12 in '12" (12 5k events in 2012).
Any one interested in being 5k completion accountability partners?
