Good job COOKEEZ! I'm redoing week 3 b/c I'm still tiring on my last interval and I want to be able to finiksh sstrong before I switch to week4. But I will begin it next week no matter what

Second week 4 workout in. Dreary rainy weather sure impacts the motivation, but once I started, it got better. Nike's words..." just do it," is my mantra.

Decided to exercise in the am. First work day following time change. Not sure what I was thinking, but it's done and I am feeling good for it. I wasn't sure I'd follow through later, so now I won't worry. About it - still planning in a walk at noon.
