Well, I am happy to say that I finished week 4 on time and feeling good. I mapped out a 3 mile route earlier this week and completed that in 53 minutes, including my easy warmup walk for 9 minutes. So far I am pretty happy with my progress.

I started the 5 week training 9/8 - about 7 weeks ago. Just completed week 4 and determined to complete this training. I am new to jogging. This is my flirst blog after more than a year with Sparkpeople. Am I alone or has everyone completing the program within the time frame?
