team! I have one more day and then I will have completed Week 4! I am so excited! I have noticed that my running is increasing and I am not walking as much. If the calf muscle in my right leg would ever stop feeling so tight, I am sure I would feel like running more often. I do stretch really well after my exercise, but during the season I run, the muscle in my calf always gets tight. I had someone suggest it might be do to my foot not having a high enough arch on my right foot. I don't know. One of these days I need to get into a sports store and see if they can fit my shoes with inserts. I hope everyone is doing well! Best wishes to all of you and have a blessed day!
