I finally got through day 2 without my asthma acting up! It felt amazing, can't wait to run Friday. I have to go out of town this weekend for work, so hopefully our hotel will have a treadmill or a safe area to run.

I finished week 4 day 2 in the cool of the evening and was surprised at how good I felt afterward. A neighbors kids rewarded me with an awesome tarantula cookie--salt and sweet and I ate it because of the dark chocolate content. Oh well, I will have to cut back somewhere this week to make up for it or exercise more, so I think I should take a very long walk tomorrow.

I went to the gym tonight so tomorrow will be my last day of week 4.
I'm really looking forward to it. emoticon
Yeah, you'd be alot closer to doing week 5 than week 4. Good work!!

AWESOME! I know you can do it! And I was just looking at what week I am on and it's 5 LOL I have not really been following to a "T" since I have been walking for 2 and running for about 8-10 for about 36 min

That's great!!
I'm hoping to get day 3 in either today or tomorrow, mostly depending on mother nature. One day will be gym and the other will be my 5k training ... just have to decide which to do on which day. lol After the way my week 4 has been going, I'm so ready to tackle week 5. emoticon

emoticon AUNTIE! Keep up the good work. I completed day 2 this evening and I wanted to keep going. At the 30 min mark I got in 2.5 then I kept going till 36 min and hit 3.1! I've been trying to go 36 everytime but now I am going to try and work on my speed and beating my 36 min 5K!

I did my day 2 this morning and it went well again. I did 7 sets of walk/jog instead of just the six like I did in day one. I did 2.3 miles I think I find the longer period of running easier. I seem to get more into a pattern. emoticon
