I finally got over my "body power" class on Monday and got my day 1 done. I felt so good after doing the 27 minutes that I did and extra set!! emoticon
I didn't go very fast as the 2.5 minutes kind of worried me but now I know I can push myself a little more when I do day 2.

I was planning on starting week 4 today but I did a class at the gym yesterday which had lots of lunges and squats. My legs now need some time to recover from them so hopefully I can start this tomorrow. It will be just a walk for me after work. It's too bad, it feels like it would be a great day weatherwise to start.
But, I did enjoy the class!! emoticon
