WEEK 4. Training
The week started out strong it ended stronger. The middle was…. Well it was crap. Not even a no go.
Monday we started out again at 2 minuets walking and 2 minuets running. We did it without to much complaining. I think it went well. Yeah after work is hard to get the motivation to go, but I guess I play it off really well.
Then came Tuesday and I was sick. I don’t know what bug I caught but it kicked my butt hard. I was off of running for the rest of the week.
Friday. I felt better and like a dumb butt I decided that I was going to get in an extra half an hour. I did it, but I was really hurting by the end of it.
Sorry I really don’t feel like updating to much I think I am still under the weather.
