Feeling not too bad today but every and then I turn my leg in the wrong direction and get that searing pain. I won't let this stop me but I will totally let it heal properly before I get back into the program.

I got caught up in a wire fence the other day (nothing to do with the jog program) and have extensive bruising on both legs and have sprained my hamstring on my right leg. So I'm on crutches and keeping it up until doctors clearance.
I suspect that I'll have to start over as the 'Health A-Z' description for knee sprain says 2-4 weeks to recover. The doctor at the hospital said to see my GP in a week and will need to start physio on it after that
