Thank you everyone
Feeling not too bad today but every and then I turn my leg in the wrong direction and get that searing pain. I won't let this stop me but I will totally let it heal properly before I get back into the program.
I WILL be back
I am so sorry! Sometimes life simply gets in our way and messes up our plans. Please do what you need to do in order to get past this injury. We will be waiting for you!!

Oh my goodness! I hope you are ok! Heal well and we'll see you when you get better!
What a bummer! Take care of yourself and listen to your doctor.
Hope you'll feel better soon!
It may seem difficult at first, but everything is difficult at first.
Laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on the rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike!
I got caught up in a wire fence the other day (nothing to do with the jog program) and have extensive bruising on both legs and have sprained my hamstring on my right leg. So I'm on crutches and keeping it up until doctors clearance.
I suspect that I'll have to start over as the 'Health A-Z' description for knee sprain says 2-4 weeks to recover. The doctor at the hospital said to see my GP in a week and will need to start physio on it after that
