I finished my day 2 of week 4 today and am looking forward to day 3 and moving on to week 5 and then the race I have signed up for on June 4th. I have a question though, what should I do after I have finished the program and run my race? Should I move on to the next program up? What is the recommendation? Just thinking ahead, I am on such a good streak I would hate to see it come to an abrupt end.

I got so into my run this morning that I ended running a lot farther than was necessary. It felt good to push myself and see how much I could do. Two hours later and I'm feeling great.

When running up a hill, it is all right to give up as many times as you wish—as long as your feet keep moving. – Shama Morita, M.D.

It is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters in the end. – Ursula K. LeGuin
