I finished my day 2 of week 4 today and am looking forward to day 3 and moving on to week 5 and then the race I have signed up for on June 4th. I have a question though, what should I do after I have finished the program and run my race? Should I move on to the next program up? What is the recommendation? Just thinking ahead, I am on such a good streak I would hate to see it come to an abrupt end.
