You are doing so well and even have the gear that I find essential. My friends are always laughing at me because I get all gizwitchied up with my stuff. Hey, it works! Keep up the fantastic workouts and you have the 5k's nailed and ready for the next running challenge!

Day 1 Week 4 - This morning Daylight Saving ended so I was up @ 6.30am and did my 5km Walk/jog, I managed to cut 2.14 minutes off my previous time. My time last week was 47.32 min and this morning was 45.18 min. This route is not an easy route as it has lots of hills and different types of ground to walk on but it is such a lovely route and very enjoyable. (I have posted a couple more pictures of the scenery) I will do this route again on Tuesday and hope to better my time.
Things I find essential when I walk are - my music, Polar Watch & strap (for tracking my heart rate and time), my drink belt with water, my phone (not for phone calls just for emergencies) of course good shoes and comfortable clothes. Also depending on when I walk, a hat and sunnies, but most times I do my walk/jog early in the morning before the sun is up.
