I must say I am encouraged reading the other posts because I am going to do Day 1 of Week 4 tomorrow and I am a little anxious whether I will have enough energy and my legs don't get too tired by the end of the last cycle. I guess I will find out tomorrow!

Done! it wasn't that bad and the last run I did 3.25 minutes instead of 2.5. I'm proud

Tonight is the night.... I will be attempting my week 4 day 1 training. I am hoping it will be like last week. I am amazed how in the first week I was dying when running that 1 minute and last week it was relatively easy to run for 2. 2.5 should be fine I guess... we'll see

Ah, I did it! 1st day week 4. not too bad. I thought I was going to run out of puff but I didn't. I felt pretty good.

Today is my day 1 for week 4. i cannot believe that I've made it this far. Time really passed quickly. I'm so glad that I joined this challenge. It has given me something to look forward to.

Today was fun! I felt motivated enough to run 3 min for my last interval instead of 2.5! I am only going 2.5 miles by the end but I will get faster and by the end of next week I'll be at 3.1!! :)
