I am so proud that I can do this...I never would have believed it someone had told me.
It is good to test yourself emoticon
because I can emoticon

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I started mine outdoors, but had to do on treadmill as I was having trouble with asthma outdoors yesterday! Will do week 5 on the treadmill, also. Is this a problem?

Great job to both of you! I'm a returning runner myself and I'm not sure what I'll do after this program is finished, but I'm just taking it one day at a time.

See you both in Week 5!!!!

I did this workout today after being off for the last two weeks. I did C25k last year so I am not entirely new to running but just getting back in to the groove. It was a little tough but finished with a little over two miles so I was pleased with that. Will see how I do next week and then where I go from there.

I finished week 4 today and I feel really good about it. I didn't break any speed records as I am going by the book. After next week, I will have to assess where I want to go from here. As I mentioned previously, I will do this interval cardio because I think it is fantastic. It's the change I need versus walking for 45 minutes. I want to push myself but carefully. I had a bad experience years ago because I had someone who was clueless pushing me to run. Here I am 24 years later, at 60, and this program has taken me to a wonderful level. Fansparkingtastic! I am truly amazed.
