Day 2 was really tough because I did the p90x the day before. Lots of lunges and such...going up and down stairs was painful for two days. lol. My cadence during the tough spots was 'you can do it, yes you can' and that helped me push through it. Today was much easier and my cadence became 'you are doing it, yes you are'!!! Both days I went on to finish the 5K, and I was able to shave 1:05 off my time.
