W4D2 done! I admit it WAS slightly easier than yesterday (I don't normally do two days in a row, but I'm behind this week and I want to keep up...I decided that as long as I wasn't sore and my shins didn't hurt I would go again today), but it was still tricky. I know the feeling of relief I have when I know that I'm on the last interval...tomorrow should be interesting adding one extra one. Great job to everyone that's made it this far! You're all doing so great!
I don't think I'm as pumped as the other women on this chain of messages but I completed day 2 of Week 4 this morning and I'm proud to have made it through! I may do Week 4 again before going on to Week 5, but I'm excited that I've made it this far.

Oh Hell Yes! I just finished Week 4/Day 2. I actually started running, not jogging, the last 2 1/2 minute interval! This was a first for me as I went to Palm Harbor University High School and used their track around the football field. I'm always at the beach so I changed it up. I know I will complete this Program!
The last time I even attempted to run was 1986! The idiot who trained me, put me on a short loop track in a Bally's Gym and I did damage to my hip. Here's a revelation. I'll be 61 in MayI I weigh 193, (In 2000, I was 258) less than I did when I was 20, and I've regained muscle strength! I have 10 pounds to go until I reach a healthy BMI! SP took me where I never thought I would be. Yes, I do rock!
