Oh Hell Yes! I just finished Week 4/Day 2. I actually started running, not jogging, the last 2 1/2 minute interval! This was a first for me as I went to Palm Harbor University High School and used their track around the football field. I'm always at the beach so I changed it up. I know I will complete this Program!
The last time I even attempted to run was 1986! The idiot who trained me, put me on a short loop track in a Bally's Gym and I did damage to my hip. Here's a revelation. I'll be 61 in MayI I weigh 193, (In 2000, I was 258) less than I did when I was 20, and I've regained muscle strength! I have 10 pounds to go until I reach a healthy BMI! SP took me where I never thought I would be.
