Congratulations and job well done! The great thing with running is it gives us so many feelings of accomplishment. Be it beginners or running veterans we all feel the same thing when we do something that we thought otherwise impossible. Keep on plugging away and you will be so surprised at what you can do!!

Okay so this week I am working on doing all three miles at once. I am not going to break them up thru out the day like I use to. So, today was my first day at doing it. It took me 80 mins and I walked all three miles. Blisters but, will survive. I felt great!!!!
