Great job! I hear you on the Panda Express! Ha ha! You know you're making progress when the foods you used to love don't sit well anymore!

I was gone all day today, but came home and finished my week. Today was a tough one-probably because I was already wiped out from the day. But, I am done with Week 4 and can more on to Week 5. Probably doesn't help that I had Panda Express on the way home today. Not used to that kind of food anymore and I'm sure the crash was hitting me about the time I hit the treadmill. I do find it interesting to see what time of the day is better to exercise and what you've eaten does play a huge part in it too. I haven't figured out the food really well yet, but Panda Express is not it for me! LOL

I am determined to complete Week 5. I'll then be done before we leave on vacation. I'm afraid if I don't finish it before we go, I'll never do it!

Keep up the great work everyone! We're almost there!!!
