DECEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE
After a wonderful Thanksgiving and a healthy November I am ready to welcome in a Fit December. How about you?
The goal this month is SIMPLE. It is about pushing yourself to reach some personal goals of time spent doing physical activity in the month. It's not about competing with one another because we are here to support each other in our quests to become FIT!
Everyone is welcome to join in, whether this is your first month taking part, or if you are a member from the past, this challenge is for you and all about you. YOU set the goals of what you can reasonably attain, be realistic, and don't be afraid to challenge yourself a little. You'd be amazed at what you can accomplish when you put your mind to it!
I would like to CHALLENGE you to log your exercise ( walking totals) using the spark Fitness Tracker found at this link: you can also log your weight training and aerobic exercise.
You can do the Quick Track located on your main START page. If you have a problem finding that information please contact me and I will try and point you in the right direction. With all sparks has to offer it would be a shame not to use it.
December is upon us and nutrition and fitness just got harder to manage BUT we can walk can't we?? Everything counts like grocery shopping and cleaning the house. Please join me if you are aiming for your 10,000 steps (or higher) and we can cheer each other on! Post daily in the December Challenge if you met your goal for the day. So strap on the pedometer and let's use this board to help us be more active and post our results!
I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season.

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” ~Mark Victor Hansen www.youtube.com/watch?v=TwE8HLLue48
