I went out for my first run of Week 3 this morning and found it more challenging - more out of breath and the walk time seemed to go quickly! But after I'd warmed up it got easier. I've been doing my runs at 7am, but today I went at 10.30am - my energy was different. Also I had two days' rest because I've had a bit of a sore throat and didn't want to run myself down. Jogging for 2 mins was significantly harder than 1.5 mins - surprised me!
Anyone else at the same point in the programme?
