I've been in the program now for... a while, let's just say, and I got so off track with the weekly/daily routines that I don't know just where I'd be. The last time I ran intervals--and it's been a while, too, because I've got an upper respiratory infection--I ran a quarter mile, walked a quarter mile, ran a quarter mile... and so on, totalling 2 miles. (It's easier for me to go by distance than by time, because I've got my hands full with my girls' stroller and little control over my stopwatch, which my older daughter wants to hold for me all the time.)

I know I can walk 3 miles without any trouble, but I'm still working on transitioning from walking to running, and... well. I just wanted to post that I am still trying to get to the "run a 5K" level. I've walked/jogged one, and now I'm trying to step it up.
