Week 3, Day 1. I so didn't want to run today. I got up half an hour later, messed around for another 45 minutes, and then finally got out the door. I did the first two intervals kicking and screaming, and almost went home. But I finished. And I did the hills. And I'm glad I stopped thinking and just did.
I find it essential to either sleep in my workout clothes or leave them right next to me when I go to bed. Also, I psych myself up before I go to bed, telling myself that I'm getting up to run, and THEN my day starts. Sort of like automatic pilot.
