So excited to have kept up with the plan so far. Running for two minutes straight has been tough, but I thought the same about a minute in week 1 and 1.5 minutes in week 2, so 2.5 minutes will probably make 2 minutes seem much easier! Our 5k is scheduled for May 5th, so we can squeeze in two extra weeks of training before then. Will begin week 4 Monday morning and will check in then!
