I am so glad I read this discussion. I just got home from my walk/jog. I was discouraged a tad because I didn't do as well as I had previous days. I started thinking oh no I need to keep up with the guideline. Then I would think wait a minute. The important part is I am out and moving. I was only able to run for one minute each time. I have been able to run after 3 minutes of walking so that part is an improvement. I keep getting stitches in my side when I am running how do I stop this?

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Days 1 and 2 of week 3 seemed fairly difficult, but then (surprisingly), day 3 went very well. Today's plan is to do day 1 of week 4, but if I find it too uncomfortable, I will repeat week 3.

I'm doing the last run for week 3 today. I ended up having to do this twice as well. I am finding that the extra time actually makes it a little easier to run. Looking forward to running for longer intervals next week.

Well I finished week 3 and I'm so glad I repeated the week. I went faster and farther this week than I ever have before. Did all the intervals in the time frames. Bring on week 4!

I started week 3 again and I am glad I did. I managed to do all the intervals without having to stop/take extra time and last week at this time I was struggling on the last 2 intervals. Encouraged that my body is adapting. I was afraid I would be "going backwards" if I repeated a week.

I'm going to repeat week 3 because I just couldn't do the entire thing. How do I record the repeated week on my training program? Do I just edit the week 3 trackers on my fitness tracker next week to reflect the new date/distances?
