COOKEZ,I started running in the morning too and also find it surprisingly nice lol. I think it's the good feeling I get knowing I don't have to do this again later. I start my week 3 tomorrow, so good job for making it this far!
Wrapping up week 3, and found myself increasing the speed of my jog a bit, from 4.5 to 5, and for the final interval, to 6. I know I am not up to that all the time, but it was cool seeing that my stamina is increasing. At least a little.
Day two week three, and the second of my mornings workouts. I dreaded working out first thing, but am surprised that I am enjoying this. There has been a noticeable uplift to my day, mentally, emotionally and physically. Can't ask for much more than that!
