I have not been feeling well this week and I have not even started w3. I last ran on Saturday and was suppose to run Monday and well just could not run. I am still sore (I think cysts on my ovaries again), but not too bad. Since it has been almost 4days since I last ran do I need to start at week one again or just pick up at w3 d1?
