I've had to take a break from this challenge - I had to put my beloved Vizsla Howler to sleep on Saturday and am struggling with the loss. Got an intervals session in yesterday but it's going to be a while before I'm ready to continue.

I've noticed the same thing about the calorie burn - I have been wearing a GoWearFit device (like a BodyBugg) that measures calories and steps expended and the tracker is way lower than the device I've been using for 14 months now. I think the device is really accurate over what automatically posts. Anyone else notice the same low ball numbers?
Hi team! I'm not sure why this is, but when I go to the 5K training plan and click on what week I am in, I log it as 50 minutes and 4 miles. It comes back with that I only burned 241 calories. According to my heart monitor, I am burning way more calories then that. I am thinking if my heart monitor were wrong, then why would I have lost so much weight over the last year and half. I have been using the same type of heart monitor that goes on my wrist. I do run a little more then what the program says sometimes. Could that be why they say I only burn that many calories? Because they are basing it on walking 3 minutes and then running 2 minutes for only 25-30 minutes instead of the 50 minutes I do?
