Did week 3 day 1 ok, but I made the mistake of not getting enough sleep last night so today was day 2 of week 3 and I ran out of gas 1/2 way through. I won't make that mistake again. Gonna try day 3 on Friday but if I'm still struggling I'm going to repeat this week again.

God is good. All the time.

D1/W3 done this morning but it wasn't easy. Finished it but the last 2 3-minutes jog almost killed me. I don't know if I will finish the week, let's don't talk about running 5k in 3 weeks.

I did day two yesterday without a problem
Now I want to do the whole program but will prolly do it twice to do it slow and then sppedmy time up the next time
Has anyone else thought of this

I finished week 3 day 1 yesterday and it was awesome I'm excited about being able to run the intervals without stopping, it wasn't easy but I did it

Hi everyone,
I did my week 3 day 1 today. I was actually scared of this day and even though my lega felt like jello I did it.
I am very happy I accomplished this.

I did it! I did it! Week 3 Day one; I saw you coming. You might look scary, but you're not! The last "jog 2 minutes" I was smiling the whole time. emoticon

What a great feeling of accomplishment. And it's only 30 minutes out of the day!

Week 3 Day 1 done! It was a little hard this morning, but I pulled through! Not looking forward to Friday....day 3!!!! But I'm walking/jogging 15 minute miles!

I finished week 3 day 1 today!

I started Couch 25k a few weeks ago and didn't feel comfortable jumping from 1:30 to 3:00 to 5:00 of running so quickly, so I searched for alternative running plans. This is what I found and I love it! I started this plan on week 3 since I knew I could run 1:30 and could almost do 3:00, so this program's week 3 felt like a challenge without over doing it. How did you progress through week 1-2? Have you ever done C25k, if so how do you think this compares?

I did and do the same! Did it on the treadmill and add a cooling off time! I can still feel the burn! But really excited that I was able to actually jog on the treadmill!

Did day 1, week 3 yesterday at the gym on the treadmill. It was harder than I thought it would be, but I pushed through it. I always add 3 minutes walking at the end, for 'cool down'. Good luck everyone!

Congratulations! I'm doing W3:D1 later today, and I'm a little concerned about making it the full 2 minutes. I'll be sure to have all my insurance information with my iPod for the paramedics!
