Just finished week three and it was great! I noticed my stride was longer, my time was faster, and I didn' feel like I was dying. I don't know if it's because my body is just getting used to the runny part, or because I added cross training last week. Whatever it is, I am glad. Hopefully, week 4 will feel just as good.
