I did the same thing you did CHICAGOHOPE and so glad. I missed over a week. Just finished week 2 and very glad. I use to start all over again, but didn't get anywhere. That is a hopeless feeling for me. I am happy to find someone else is doing the same thing!
Well, continuing with the traininng program even though I had to miss a week. It felt great to be able to run 2 / walk 3. This has been a week of recommittment to my workout programs. Since I finally realized that it is a journey and not so much a project that will end, I decided that instead of restarting the program since I missed a week, I would just continue on the journey and continue where I should be. When it is a journey and not so much a race to the finish, the pressure is off to always be competing with myself.
