glad I did the training session today; 1.8 miles in 30 mins not fast but I did the jogging. almost half way thru the plan YEA
Yep! If you did legwork the day before it will leave your legs being pooped and heavy. You may want to keep that about 2 days before a run. Keep up the great work!!

I did well except that I felt exhausted towards my 5th cycle. My thighs were sore, probably from the 40 minute video workout I did the day before. The woman did many variations on squats. Even though I followed the beginner routine, I noticed the soreness immediately this morning when I got out of bed.
