I am starting W3D1 today! I pretty much was doing W3 the last 2 days of W2, should I stick to the W3 plan or revise it like I did in W2?

I completed W3 D1 after work and got through it without too much trouble. It was work but not an excessive amount. I did around 2.1 miles. I'm happy that this day is done. Now I know I can do my week 3 training. emoticon

I'm so glad I repeated week 2 I'm so much better with week 3, day 1 done, I even walk/run an extra 15 minutes yesterday, today I did the program as written.

Got it done early today. Did 2.22 miles 255 Calories Burned 13.51 Per mile.

Having a real Positive Day Today being everything I am going through right now.
